Barca target Coutinho happy at Liverpool
23.15: Philippe Coutinho has insisted that he is happy with life at Liverpool.

Redknapp sets Loftus-Cheek challenge
14:00: Jamie Redknapp says Ruben Loftus-Cheek has to prove to Chelsea it was the wrong decision for them let him join Crystal Palace on loan.
“He (Loftus-Cheek) has to show us now he is the real deal and show everyone at Chelsea, ‘Why are you letting me go on loan? I should be in your first team’,” the Sky Sports football pundit said.
“He’s got all the attributes, the physicality, the touch and the finesse and when he runs with the ball he’s got all the power, but I think he can do more.
“I think he can boss games from start to finish, he is so strong, he’s 6ft 3in, but he could do it more often.
“He’s had a few injuries early in the season, but what he’s shown is that if he plays with better players he is a better player. I thought he was exceptional on Friday night and I hope he plays against Brazil.”

“I am thinking that the story between the club and myself was not over and not finished. We will see what happens but I am happy at Arsenal for the moment.

But Diego Simeone would apparently want Alonso as a makeweight in the deal.

06:30: Mauricio Pochettino is at the centre of a tug of war between Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, Express Sport understands
The Tottenham boss appears on the wanted list of both clubs in what could become a managerial merry-go-round this summer.
PSG are understood to have told their Spanish head coach Unai Emery that his job is under threat if he doesn’t reach at least the semi-finals of the Champions League.

But if he opts to remain in Manchester, PSG have been quick to take notice of the work Pochettino has been doing in North London.
Hazard to Real Madrid shock
06:00: Chelsea are facing a fight to hang onto Eden Hazard after Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane made the Belgium playmaker his number one summer target, Express Sport understands.
Hazard last week told a Belgium television station that it was his dream to play under Zidane and Real have interpreted it as a come and get me plea.
The 26 year-old has helped The Blues to win two Premier League titles since moving to West London five years ago but his days at the club could be numbered.
And Chelsea had been hoping that he would agree to put pen to paper on a new contract and were willing to make him the highest paid player in the Premier League.
But talks about the £300,000 a week contract have been dragging on without any agreement and Real are ready to seize their chance to make a move.
Can to Manchester City claim
05:00: Liverpool could reportedly be set to lose Emre Can to Premier League rivals Manchester City next summer.
Can’s contract situation at Liverpool is yet to be resolved with time running out for the Reds to agree to a new deal.

Juventus were extremely keen on bringing the midfielder to the Italian league in the summer transfer window but failed with an offer.

The Portuguese boss chose to travel to Sweden instead of watching his English players turn out a goalless draw against Germany.

Isco to Chelsea

When asked which fellow Spaniard he would bring to Stamford Bridge, Morata told Cadena Ser: “I would take [Isco] to Chelsea now when I return [from the Spanish camp].”
He added: “But I think that right now he has one of the most important roles at Madrid. In the national team he is also key.
“I think he is unstoppable when he feels important. The whole world has seen it since he took the reins at Madrid.

Barca rejected Aubameyang

Spanish publication Don Balon claim United’s offer to bring him to Old Trafford has already reached the midfielder.
United are prepared to break the bank for his signature and are willing to pay around €200m (£177m).
Mourinho hopes a proposal of a five-year contract, that would see Asensio pocket £24m a year, is enough to convince the 21-year-old to leave the Bernabeu.
The Portuguese boss has plans to build a team capable of winning the Champions League and believes Asensio is key to his aims.
Wilshere to AC Milan
10:20: Paul Merson reckons Jack Wilshere should leave Arsenal to push for a place in England’s squad for the World Cup next summer.
“He [Southgate] has called up Jack Cork, who I like and think is a good player, but Jack Wilshere has got to move.
“It is alright Arsene Wenger saying a fit Jack Wilshere gets in the England team, but you have to play for Arsenal. But at the same time, [Jesse] Lingard has started less games than Wilshere.
“The way he plays, I think going abroad probably suits him and his game, otherwise he is going to go to a relegation-battling team, and that is not his game.
“He needs to get on the ball and play football and be in a team that really are going to have a lot more of the ball than not. So probably abroad to an AC Milan or somewhere like that.”
